Here we have fabricated the custom air transition manifold that will bring the air from the inner portion of her nose into the wheel well where is can be directed into the rear of the brake rotor.

Here are the custom aluminum disk rotor backing plates to which the custom front brake air duct system's hose will be attached.

We have just received the final pieces of the custom front brake air duct system back from the powder coater as such are now able to complete the final integration processes as associated with this system. We decided to have the very cool custom aluminum pieces powder coated so as to insure that the exposed aluminum would not corrode over time as will as make it easier to keep the visible pieces clean. Here are the final pieces as associated with the custom front brake air duct system powder coated and ready to be integrated.

Now we are going to complete the installation of her front braking system so that we can install the front inner fender liners after which the final piece of flexible air duct as associated with the custom front brake air duct system can be routed.
Here we have the final pieces being integrated for the last time; these custom rotor backing plates were designed to allow the custom front brake air duct system to force/feed air towards the inner center portion of the rotors thus insuring maximum cooling thus a stable and consistent braking during the most extreme moments in time.

While we await a few more of the wonderful personal touch items to arrive for this gal we are going to complete the final two phases of the custom front brake air duct system integration. We need to pre-fit and modify as needed the flexible air duct that will reside within the wheel well area and then install it for the final time and then we need to complete the integrating of the standalone relay that will be located within the SJB (Smart Junction Box) that will bring the custom front brake air duct fans on line.
Here the final fitting of the flexible air duct hose is being tended to.

Here we are integrating Castle Nuts into the OEM inner fender liners for the point the secure the Adell clamps. We selected the Castle Nuts because of the secure and nondestructive manner in which there are integrated into the inner fender liner and also for their long service life.

Here is the 27" piece of flexible air duct now ready to be installed for the final time; as evidenced we had to change the shape of a 6" portion of it so as to maximized the tire clearance during the steering lock to lock moments in time.

There has been much tending to with this gal as numerous exhaust mockups and dry fittings completed until we final settled in on a design that is befitting of her, is integrated as if OEM, and maintains a relative ease of service. In addition we have tended to a couple other personal touch items.
Here we are creating and then dry fitting the to be relocated license plate pocket. The final design will be integrated into the lower screen as if OEM and will also use the OEM license plate lighting. This particular piece was created in CAD and then created on a CNC Strippit machine.

Here is the custom exhaust thermal expansion spring being compared to the OEM exhaust thermal expansion spring; as evidenced we have made every attempt to make her appear once completed as if OEM.

Here we are completing the final phase of the custom exhaust integration. Great care and attention to detail has been taken to create pieces and to integrate the custom exhaust system in a manner that will compliment her engine bay and will weather the test of time.

Here is the very nice carbon fiber wicker as created by our friend Kip; it has been dry fit and is now ready for the complimenting paint work before being installed for the last time.

Here we took the custom hardwood shift ball as selected by this gal's owner and had the high gloss finish removed leaving a natural hardwood finish that will be massaged with Linseed oil.
